AML and Order Review Policy

Effective date: 21 October 2026.

exchangeusdt.io uses risk-based checks to prevent its exchange service from being used for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or other prohibited activity. Orders can be reviewed before execution or payout when transaction information or the circumstances require closer examination.

How Risk-Based Review Works

Review considers the order details, blockchain transaction history, information supplied by the customer and relevant risk indicators. A signal starts an assessment; it does not by itself establish that the customer has committed an offence.

Examples that can require further checks include suspected stolen funds, scam proceeds, exposure to sanctioned parties, inconsistent payment information or an attempt to evade a previous restriction. The extent of the review depends on the specific order and the information available.

Information That May Be Requested

The team can request an explanation of the transaction purpose, evidence of the source of funds, proof of control of the sending address or identity information needed for the review. Requests identify the order and the information required so the customer can respond to the actual issue.

Documents are provided through the submission method identified in the review correspondence. Do not send a recovery phrase, private key or wallet password. Those secrets are not a substitute for proof of ownership and are never required by our team.

Orders Under Review

A reviewed order can remain paused while the team checks the payment and necessary information. Normal exchange processing targets do not include the review period, and support cannot promise a fixed completion time before the assessment is resolved.

Use the existing correspondence and quote the order ID when asking for an update. Sending another payment, splitting payments or creating replacement orders does not remove the review requirement.

Possible Outcomes

After assessment, an order can proceed, require clarification, be declined or be considered for return of eligible unexecuted funds. A refund requires verified return details and a supported return route, with the applicable network charge explained before agreement.

Some transactions must remain restricted where an applicable legal obligation prevents release or return. A completed blockchain payout cannot be reversed through the review process. The team communicates the available outcome without disclosing information it is required to keep confidential.

Prohibited Use and Account-Free Orders

The service must not be used for illicit transactions, fraudulent payments, sanctions evasion or attempts to conceal the source of unlawfully obtained assets. We can decline an order that presents unacceptable risk or information that cannot be resolved sufficiently for execution.

Creating an order without registering an account does not mean every exchange is exempt from identity or transaction checks. Privacy protections govern how information is handled; they do not eliminate the order review process.

Review Contact and Data Handling

Contact [email protected] with the order ID for a review question. For help locating an order, use the support contact page.

Information obtained during a review is used to assess and document the case and meet applicable obligations. Access and disclosure are restricted to the purposes described in the privacy policy. Routine quote, payment and refund conditions are explained in How It Works.
