Contact the exchangeusdt.io Team

Choose the channel that matches your question so it reaches the right team. For an exchange already in progress, include the order ID and describe the payment or payout stage that needs attention.

Order Support

Email [email protected] for order status, deposit discrepancies, payout questions and refund requests. Email support operates 24/7, with a first human reply target of 18 minutes; the time needed to resolve an issue depends on the investigation and any blockchain or provider response.

Include these details when they are available:

  • Order ID.
  • Sending asset and network, receiving asset, and the selected USDT network.
  • Sending TXID, or the outgoing TXID for a payout question.
  • Amount sent, approximate sending time and a short description of the issue.
  • A redacted screenshot when it shows an error that the text does not explain.

Keep the conversation in one email thread so the order history stays together. A support reply cannot accelerate a blockchain confirmation or directly credit a receiving exchange's customer account.

Privacy, Compliance and Security

Use a specialist address for information that needs different handling from a routine order question. Send only what is necessary for the request and keep unrelated personal or financial information out of attachments.

Privacy Requests

Contact [email protected] for questions about personal data or requests to access, correct or delete information. Explain the request and provide an order ID or the email used in a previous conversation so the team can identify the relevant records.

Order Review and Compliance

Contact [email protected] about an information request or an order under review. Reference the order and existing correspondence. Provide review documents only through the submission method identified by the team, rather than placing them in a public file or message thread.

Security Reports

Report a suspicious message, copied website or potential service vulnerability to [email protected]. Include the suspicious URL or message and the time it was observed. Do not test an issue against another customer's order or include credentials in the report.

Protect Your Wallet and Order Details

Our team never asks for a recovery phrase, private key or remote access to your wallet. Do not make a separate payment described as an order-unlocking fee or share the private order link in a public support post.

Check the website domain and independently use the contact address shown here when a message looks suspicious. The privacy policy explains data handling, and the AML policy explains why an order can require additional information.

For the normal payment and payout stages, use How It Works before sending a second payment. A duplicate transfer can create another discrepancy rather than resolve the first one.
